Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at 9217-2220 QUEBEC INC. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are clean and safe for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and direct the activities of our cleaning team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we stay within our means.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning team, helping them to complete their tasks and improve their skills.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our cleaning team, ensuring that we have adequate coverage and that tasks are completed on time.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Work Setting: Cleaning service company
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, manual dexterity, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling
Work Term and Language:
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English or French
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
