We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at 9217-2220 QUEBEC INC. As a key member of our cleaning service company, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our light duty cleaners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
Work Environment

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and perform repetitive tasks. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of manual dexterity.

Requirements
