Key Responsibilities

This pivotal role will involve:

Ensuring operational efficiency and implementing necessary maintenance or repair priorities. Developing and overseeing the preventive maintenance program. Planning maintenance for equipment and facilities, ensuring daily and preventive tasks are completed with proper documentation. Assisting in the installation of new production machinery and other essential equipment for operational management. Collaborating with team members to analyze and resolve any machine issues or breakdowns that may arise. Locating and procuring spare parts necessary for equipment and facility maintenance.

Required Skills

What you bring:

A Professional Studies Diploma (D.E.P) or a Diploma of Collegial Studies (D.E.C) in electromechanics or industrial mechanics, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or a similar role, or equivalent qualifications. Strong organizational, resourceful, and creative skills, with a focus on quality and achievement. Experience in repairing machine tools. Proficient problem-solving abilities. Computer literacy. Initiative, independence, and sound judgment. A forward-thinking mindset.
