**Job Summary**

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a PT Clerk Cashier. As a key member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area, stockroom, and other designated areas.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including filling shelves and bins.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job.
