Project Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Estimator with expertise in civil construction, particularly in estimating large infrastructure and transportation projects. The successful candidate will have previous experience leading a team of 2-5 estimators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the Contractor estimate for the Target Price
  • Collaborating with other teams within the project team to ensure the Target Price is produced properly
  • Participating in the Development Phase in the estimation of changes to the target price
  • Performing and organizing the works within the Estimating Team, including quantity take-offs, preparation of procurement packages, comparison sheets with the information received from suppliers and subcontractors, risk identification, etc.
  • Foster positive relationships with Client, consultants, key subcontractors, and any stakeholders involved in the project
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 10 years experience of progressive estimating experience in civil construction, track, buildings, or related disciplines with at least 3 years experience in leading the complete estimate for a major capital construction project
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
  • Experience with estimating software, particularly Hard Dollar
