About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced estimator with a proven track record of successfully estimating projects of significant scale and complexity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and cost control techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive estimates for the project, leveraging expertise in design models and integrated digital delivery (IDD) software.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including project managers and executives, to deliver estimates that align with project objectives.
  • Utilize extensive network and deep knowledge of the industry to obtain competitive pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Provide valuable insights into the design process, ensuring a seamless transition from planning to execution.
Requirements
  • Over 7 years of hands-on experience as an estimator in the construction industry.
  • University degree or technical college diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Advanced proficiency in standard Microsoft software (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Results-oriented mindset with an unwavering commitment to quality and excellence.
