Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement systems and processes to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring all clients feel valued and understood.

  • Stay informed about third-party financing options and effectively communicate these to customers.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements during vehicle sales.
  • Guarantee that all documentation and contracts related to sales and services are accurate and completed promptly.
  • Keep accurate records and reports as required by management and manufacturers.
  • Participate in training sessions as scheduled by management.
  • Provide competitive and reasonable quotes for products and services.
  • Regularly update customers on the status of their vehicle deliveries.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with financial institutions and suppliers.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales management and staff to ensure a cohesive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Financial Services Management or Automotive Sales.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality is essential.
  • Previous experience in automotive, retail, or hospitality sales is preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Creative and persuasive negotiation skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude, even under pressure.
  • Articulate and personable communication skills.
  • Valid OMVIC license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Dealership Management Systems is an asset.
