At TEK KLINIK, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assigning financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions
  • Coordinating financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
  • Identifying and investigating compliance issues
  • Planning and controlling budget and expenditures
  • Reviewing budgets and financial reports for specific projects
  • Establishing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Monitoring financial control systems
  • Overseeing the collection and analysis of financial data
  • Managing cash
  • Keeping financial records and establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Overseeing payroll administration

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will also be proficient in English and able to work 42.5 hours per week.
