The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Guest Activities Division as a Pool Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience by providing warm and welcoming service while maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain pool furniture and equipment to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and welcoming guests to the pool area, responding to their requests, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the pool, hot tub, change rooms, and gym areas.
- Ensure compliance with pool rules and safety protocols, and report any equipment deficiencies or concerns to management.
- Assist with the distribution and retrieval of towels, and maintain a clean and organized towel system.
- Participate in covering Guest Activities shifts, including events such as campfires, movie nights, and holiday celebrations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the Guest Activities Division.
Requirements:
- Completion of a Hospitality degree or diploma is an asset.
- Excellent guest service skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- First Aid certificate and ProServe certification are assets.
