About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team at Paradise Construction. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of craftsmanship in our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Prepare layouts in accordance with building codes, using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Material Selection and Preparation: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to meet project requirements.
  • Project Management: Prepare tenders and quotations, schedule and coordinate work on sites, and estimate costs and materials to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Quality Control: Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various establishments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and instruct apprentices, and lead a team of workers to achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Working Conditions

This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and handling heavy loads. The work environment is physically demanding, with a large workload and a need for accurate and efficient work habits.
