Food Service Assistant Role

Education: Completion of secondary (high) school is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and clean vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting.
  • Manage waste by removing kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Assist in ordering necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Safely handle and store cleaning products.
  • Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Receive, unpack, and organize supplies effectively.
  • Ensure floors are clean by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.

Experience: Previous experience is considered an asset.

Work Schedule: Typical work hours range from 35 to 40 hours per week.
