About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all customers.
  • Utilize your product knowledge to educate and inspire customers, driving sales and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with your leadership team to achieve sales goals and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations as required.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center, adhering to company standards.
