Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at SASKATCHEWAN LIMITED. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our retail business, overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient store performance

  • Implement pricing and credit policies to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
  • Manage budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a retail or business-related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
