Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of designers, ensuring that our designs meet the highest standards of quality and style.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, and create custom designs that exceed their expectations.
  • Design Development: Develop and implement design concepts, including settings, scenic environments, costumes, and lighting, that align with our brand's aesthetic and vision.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure that our designs are brought to life and meet our business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Art or Fashion Design Experience: High fashion - haute couture, women's clothing.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability.
