About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at JumpModel. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, using technical manuals, guides, and online resources to find solutions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on how to use our systems and services, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks efficiently.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and professional manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our users.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of technical solutions and best practices, ensuring that our support team has access to the latest information and resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a technical support role, with a strong background in computer systems, software, and network administration.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users and technical teams.
Work Environment

As a Technical Support Specialist at JumpModel, you will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of on-site and remote work arrangements. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed to ensure that our users receive the support they need.

Language

The primary language of work is English, and you will be required to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in this language.
