Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Caremax Cleaning Services.
Job SummaryThe Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning team, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional cleaning services. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed.
- Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability.
