We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Team Lead to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our spa operations team, you will be responsible for leading and training our spa concierge staff, promoting spa services and retail sales, and ensuring the overall success of our spa and fitness facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Spa Operations: Lead and train spa concierge staff in their areas of responsibility, including the promotion of spa services and retail sales, and other hotel amenities.
- Booking and Inventory Management: Possess thorough knowledge of the booking system to maximize room and therapist bookings, and assist with inventory purchases and adjustments using Milano software.
- Cash Handling and Desk Procedures: Be proficient with cash handling and opening & closing desk procedures.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain tidy order and cleanliness of the entire Spa and Fitness facility, including the pool, gym, change rooms, bathrooms, workspace, and outdoor patio.
- Guest Services: Provide guest tours of the facility and assist with spa marketing and promotion.
- Spa Reception and Fitness Concierge: Provide exceptional customer service, manage bookings and reservations, and maintain inventory control.
- Fitness Concierge: Monitor pool, gym, and fitness area use, and maintain the cleanliness of the change rooms and bathrooms.
- Membership Management: Maintain and monitor fitness memberships, and keep members informed of upcoming events and promotions.
- Health and Safety: Ensure Health & Safety Awareness and assist therapists as required.
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years customer service/retail experience, with supervisory experience an asset.
- Skills: Fluency in a second language an asset, CPR and 1st Aid training an asset, cash handling skills, ability to work in a team environment and independently, ability to multitask, and ability to delegate.
