About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Société de développement de la Baie-James. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering electronic enquiries, compiling data, and arranging travel itineraries.
  • Perform data entry and provide customer service to our clients.
  • Assist with correspondence, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of our records and databases.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Willingness to relocate for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word skills.
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
