Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dephine Enterprises II Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Train and mentor food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Conduct inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Recruit and hire qualified food service staff
  • Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained
  • Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
Work Environment

40 hours per week, permanent position, English language, Dephine Enterprises II Inc.
