Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at PC 13 Retail Ltd dba Port McNeill Petro Canada. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance store operations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
