Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Hi-Flyer Food (Canada) Inc. as a Food Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to ensure seamless operations and optimal productivity.
  • Supervise Food Preparation Staff: Lead and mentor a team of food preparation staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Provide Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills, focusing on job duties, safety procedures, and customer service excellence.
  • Manage Food and Service Quality: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring consistency and quality standards are met.
  • Handle Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Track Inventory and Expenses: Monitor and manage inventory levels, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Prepare Reports and Budgets: Develop and submit reports and budgets to management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate: Possess a valid Safe Food Handling certificate, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Clear Background Check: Pass a thorough background check, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
