**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate sandblasting equipment to restore surfaces effectively.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for surface preparation.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality results in construction painting projects.
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress and requirements.
- Assist in drywall installation or repair as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sandblasting required.
- Familiarity with construction painting techniques for both commercial and residential projects.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions accurately.
- Strong communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with hand tools and rigging is a plus.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $18.21-$34.53 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
