At EXP, we're looking for a talented Junior Civil Engineer/EIT to join our team and contribute to the design and development of infrastructure projects.

About the Role

In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including watermains, storm and sanitary sewers, grading, and storm water management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in design tasks, including AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting, to create innovative solutions for infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, regulatory authorities, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Work closely with the design project manager to develop project schedules and budgets.
  • Contribute to the fundamentals of detail design and project management.
  • Oversee contractor compliance with contractual requirements and ensure accurate payments.
  • Prepare site reports and perform contract administrator and inspection tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in civil engineering.
  • Knowledge of Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
