Work Schedule: 7.5 hours/shift or 10.75 hours/shift for overnight coverage

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in comprehensive hands-on training within the industry, collaborating with dedicated and compassionate professionals.

- Provide quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
- Ensure patient safety by maintaining the accuracy, quality, integrity, and timeliness of pharmaceutical product preparation and release.
- Perform duties as a Pharmacy Technician in a computerized automated Unit Dose setting, including repackaging and intravenous admixture.
- Collaborate with fellow Pharmacy Technicians to deliver effective teaching to pharmacy students.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
- Preceptor training with OCP is considered an asset.
- Membership with the Canadian Association of Pharmacy Technicians is an asset.
- Preferred experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
- Familiarity with Swisslog automation is advantageous.
- Proficient in computer applications, including EPIC and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage a variety of complex tasks and issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and meeting conflicting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
- Capacity to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team of professionals.
- Satisfactory performance and attendance are required.
Your primary site will be Credit Valley Hospital; however, you may be required to work at other THP locations periodically, necessitating travel between sites.
