Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at YF 2018 Restaurant Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Establish work schedules
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
