About the Role

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in an outpatient clinic setting. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in assessing and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, and limited range of motion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients with musculoskeletal injuries and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement treatment plans using evidence-based practices and clinical reasoning
  • Utilize electronic charting software to document patient sessions and recommendations
  • Delegate treatment to Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Supervise Physiotherapy students (as preferred)
  • Communicate with external stakeholders and client referral sources
  • Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Physiotherapists
  • 1-2+ years' experience treating clients in an outpatient setting (strong asset)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
