Your Role:
We are looking for a skilled Physiotherapist who aligns with our mission and is eager to contribute to a vibrant outpatient clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of outpatient musculoskeletal injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, and limitations in mobility.
  • Develop and execute personalized treatment strategies grounded in clinical analysis.
  • Utilize electronic documentation systems to record treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Oversee treatment delivery by Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within the clinic.
  • Mentor Physiotherapy students as appropriate.
  • Engage with external stakeholders and referral sources.
  • Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications:
  • Active registration with the provincial College of Physiotherapists.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient clinical setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
