About the Role

Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team. As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, as well as providing policy planning and research support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform policy development and strategic planning
  • Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support the coordination of information management practices and data analytics capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives
  • Provide policy planning and research support to senior leadership and the Board of Directors
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Public or Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in policy, business advisory, planning or consultancy roles
  • Project Management Certification (PMP) is an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
