Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Kenora Travelodge. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure seamless operations.
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
- 1-6 months of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Dental and health care plans.
- Free parking and on-site housing options.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- English as the primary language of work.
