**Our Team**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of NDT training programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in the creation and delivery of NDT training courses

• Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop training materials

• Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to trainees

• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards

• Assist in the development of training programs to meet the needs of our clients

**Requirements**

• NDT Foundations Course preferred

• Minimum 1-3 years of field experience in NDT

• Valid CSTS and First Aid certifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driver abstract

• Ability to pass pre-site access Drug and Alcohol test

• Flexibility to work in various locations and adapt to changing priorities
