English Teacher/Tutor Wanted

We are seeking a part-time English teacher/tutor to join our team at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about teaching and helping students succeed in English.

About the Role

As an English teacher/tutor, you will work directly with students to help them develop their English skills. You will be responsible for teaching up to three students at a time, following our proprietary methodologies and philosophies, and providing feedback to students and parents.

Responsibilities
  • Teach English to students at different levels
  • Follow our proprietary methodologies and philosophies
  • Provide feedback to students and parents
  • Fill in post-lesson notes and daily student communication updates
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • Fourth year university students with extensive tutoring experience will be considered
  • Teaching certification an asset
  • Good knowledge of the current Intermediate to High School curriculum
