Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or surpass sales objectives and performance indicators, including both revenue growth and key metrics such as Sales Density and Comparative Revenue Growth.
- Regularly assess performance metrics and utilize insights to formulate and execute action plans that enhance results.
- Establish strategic partnerships to ensure the store is well-resourced to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience that reflects Canadian Warmth, ensuring consistent and outstanding guest interactions.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and the effective use of Canada Goose tools.
- Promote a culture of clienteling, ensuring Brand Ambassadors maintain elevated engagement with key customers.
- Act as a representative of Canada Goose in the community by building a client base through local partnerships and events.
- Ensure the execution of high-quality visual merchandising that aligns with the luxury lifestyle brand image.
- Address customer concerns with a focus on resolution, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a culture of talent development by prioritizing continuous education and training for the store team.

- Mentor and develop Assistant Managers to enhance their performance and cultivate future leadership.

- Conduct Health & Safety meetings in accordance with local regulations and company policies.

- Oversee the timely processing of all merchandise requests and shipments.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a relevant industry.
- Prior experience with luxury lifestyle brands in high-traffic retail environments.
- Proven track record of maintaining operational excellence in retail settings.
- Strong leadership skills in mentoring and developing retail professionals.
- Experience managing store profit and loss, payroll, and expenses.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to conduct product knowledge sessions.
- Solid understanding of retail metrics and the ability to leverage analytics for business growth.
- Agile decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective negotiation skills with a flexible approach to sales.
- Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
