  • 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a relevant industry.
  • Prior experience with luxury lifestyle brands in high-traffic retail environments.
  • Proven track record of maintaining operational excellence in retail settings.
  • Strong leadership skills in mentoring and developing retail professionals.
  • Experience managing store profit and loss, payroll, and expenses.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to conduct product knowledge sessions.
  • Solid understanding of retail metrics and the ability to leverage analytics for business growth.
  • Agile decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective negotiation skills with a flexible approach to sales.
