Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the maintenance crew
  • Prepare and submit proposals for tenant projects
  • Oversee billing processes
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members
  • Coordinate team schedules and manage timesheets
  • Conduct monthly meetings with clients
  • Address a variety of service requests
  • Perform routine visual inspections
