Job Title: GTB Commercial Card Portfolio Management Internship/Co-Op

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Transaction Banking team as a Commercial Card Portfolio Management Intern/Co-Op. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in leading and driving the Commercial Cards portfolio management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the performance of client programs and the general portfolio P&L to identify opportunities for cost avoidance, cost savings, growth, and improved client margins.
  • Collaborate with the Technology, Sales, and AML/Risk teams to understand the product vision, including customer impacts, business/stakeholder value, system dependencies, and technological processes.
  • Review financials, key performance indicators, and trends to determine key product opportunities and issues.
  • Support growth in revenues and customer satisfaction on the Commercial Cards portfolio by enhancing the competitive advantage of the product and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task, working both independently and within a team environment.
  • Great attention to detail, proactive, and responsive to short deadlines.
  • Self-starter with confidence and initiative, able to cope with changing and evolving priorities.
