The True Brazilian Steakhouse is seeking a dedicated Grill Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional dining experiences through expertly prepared meals.
Education Requirements- No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
The position is based in a vibrant restaurant setting, where teamwork and efficiency are paramount.
Chef HierarchyAs a Meat Chef, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
- Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure the kitchen and work areas are kept clean and organized.
- Assist in organizing buffets and banquets.
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Physically demanding tasks requiring stamina.
- Repetitive tasks involved in food preparation.
