About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Hoolala Chicken. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus, estimating food requirements and requisitioning supplies as needed.
  • Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Workplace Safety: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
