The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Administrative Officer, the Manager of Academic Programs is responsible for driving excellence in academic programs, student support services, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing operational leadership and strategic direction to the undergraduate office of the Faculty of Nursing
  • Managing the administrative, recruitment, admissions, and academic functions of undergraduate programs
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the undergraduate program(s) office
  • Developing and maintaining robust support systems for students
  • Participating in program review and development activities
  • Cultivating strong partnerships and collaborations across campus
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in university administration
  • A master's degree in business administration or a related discipline
  • Superior leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in project management
  • A forward-thinking mindset
