**What You'll Need to Succeed**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* **Experience with Language/Cognitive-Communication Assessments**: Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
* **Ability to Work Collaboratively**: Build strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
* **Strong Technical, Verbal, and Written Communication Skills**: Effectively communicate with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.

**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* **Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology**: A graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
* **Member in Good Standing with CASLPO**: Maintain active membership with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
* **Valid Driver's License and Access to a Vehicle**: Ensure you have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
**A Day in the Life of a FA Speech Language Pathologist**
As a Part Time Speech Language Pathologist with FunctionAbility, you'll:
* **Provide Individual Assessment and Evidence-Based Treatment**: Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans to support clients with cognitive communication/language disorders.
* **Assist Clients in Establishing and Meeting Meaningful Goals**: Work with clients to set and achieve realistic goals, promoting independence and community reintegration.
* **Liaise with Community Partners and Rehab Professionals**: Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate client goals and independence.
