About the Role

Dillon Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary project teams and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams to deliver municipal infrastructure projects, including water supply, sewers, roads, and stormwater management
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Collaborate with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in Newfoundland and Labrador or New Brunswick
  • 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management and business development
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
