Business Solutions Analyst

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at Desjardins. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our business solutions, computer networks, management systems, programs, and database servers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, input, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and process monitoring.
- Develop and implement quality strategies to improve our business solutions.
- Design and follow up on required testing to ensure alignment with other levels.
- Analyze risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Develop and write methods and processes to improve our business solutions.
