Business Analyst Opportunity at C.G.I.

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support various projects utilizing the Broadridge platform. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with internal teams to identify and analyze customer needs for technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and Analyze Requirements: Work with internal teams to understand customer needs and identify functional gaps in the Broadridge platform.
  • Bridge the Gap: Map customer needs to existing solutions and define project timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Technical Expertise for Business Development: Consult with Business Development on new opportunities and provide guidance on project scope, requirements gathering, and success criteria.
  • Implementation and Validation: Support client onboarding and solution implementation, ensuring solutions meet agreed-upon requirements.
  • Project Management and Handoff: Document project scope, milestones, and plans, and facilitate handover to long-term support teams.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst using Broadridge.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, preferably Agile.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders across complex tools like Broadridge.
  • Experience participating in projects through the full lifecycle of development.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, including JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and other PMO tools tailored to Broadridge.
  • Experience using SQL to analyze data is a plus.
  • Experience outlining Use Cases and possible Test Cases is a plus.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to identify and understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions and service offerings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline from an accredited school.
  • Prior experience working in a Financial Services firm is a strong plus.
