Role Overview

As a Consultant at XSOLCORP, you will be assigned to a client where you will collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering timely and expert-level business and technology solutions. Your role will involve leading and participating in the development, testing, and implementation of intricate technical solutions that align with the strategic and operational objectives of our clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience with ProductXpress, playing a pivotal role in delivering complex solutions.
  • Proven track record as a Senior ProductXpress Consultant, providing consulting services both remotely and on-site as necessary.
  • A self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of life insurance products and operations within life insurance companies.
  • Ability to collaborate across various internal business and technology departments in an agile project environment.
  • Consistently achieved or surpassed desired business outcomes through the effective use of ProductXpress.
  • Thrives as an independent consultant in a supportive, productive, equitable, diverse, and inclusive work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and execute ProductXpress application upgrades for clients.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members, acting as a liaison between actuarial, systems development, and various business teams.
  • Ensure the delivery of thoroughly tested, accurate, and precise ProductXpress solutions that support new and modified insurance product calculations.
  • Pursue continuous improvement by exploring innovative methods to enhance efficiencies and improve client experiences.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor to staff and client resources on ProductXpress usage, developing best practices and ensuring readiness post-project.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience as a ProductXpress Consultant.
  • Demonstrated hands-on knowledge of ProductXpress business processes and functionalities.
  • Extensive experience with Product setup in the ProductXpress application.
  • Knowledge of data flows, data models, system integration, and APIs.
  • Ability to interpret complex insurance product formulas found in calculation sheets.
  • Experience engaging with business units to identify flow challenges and propose business solutions.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, gained through experience in an Agile project environment.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks, identifying issues, and providing timely solutions.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science is preferred.
  • Exposure to DXC's ProductXpress is a plus.

Flexible Work Arrangements:

This position primarily allows for remote work but may involve occasional travel.
