Position Overview

Cosmic Growers Inc is in search of a committed Agricultural Operations Supervisor to enhance our team. The successful candidate will oversee quality assurance and production documentation, manage farm equipment, and lead general farm personnel. If you are enthusiastic about agriculture and desire a stable role with training opportunities, we encourage you to consider this position.

Job Responsibilities
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a related field
Core Duties
  • Manage crop cultivation utilizing advanced farming techniques
  • Oversee leaf removal processes
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the greenhouse
  • Maintain financial and production documentation
  • Collaborate with clients for service delivery
  • Supervise farm workers and harvesting teams
  • Keep accurate work logs and records
  • Recruit and train new staff members
Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Experience with greenhouse crops is advantageous
  • Must possess steel-toed safety boots and gloves
