Job Summary

Tahini's is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure they meet quality control standards.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Establish work schedules and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and a team player attitude, with the ability to take initiative and be dependable.
