As the Director, Global Employee Relations, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment for our employees worldwide. - Strategic Guidance: Develop and execute comprehensive employee relations strategies, policies, and programs that promote a fair, transparent, and inclusive workplace.
- Expert Counsel: Provide expert advice and guidance to executives, managers, and employees on a wide range of employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to employee relations, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of employee relations professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Global Perspective: Collaborate with stakeholders across different regions and cultures to ensure consistent application of employee relations policies and practices.
