We are a dynamic and growing real estate company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our team.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate human, financial, and material resources to achieve business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Representation: Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 5 years or more
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, organized, and efficient
- Work Terms: Permanent, 30 hours per week, English language
