  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Life License (LLQP) is a requirement.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is preferred.
  • 2+ years of industry experience in financial services or related field, with a focus on sales, service, or loyalty retention.
  • Very strong knowledge of pension, savings, and investment products and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence clients, presenting compelling arguments and solutions to retain their assets.
  • Independent, goal-oriented professional who works collaboratively and constructively with different partners.
  • Sound working knowledge of MS Office products and Salesforce is beneficial.
