Job Title: Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of food service staff and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Hire food service staff and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
