Are you enthusiastic about data and analytical systems? We are looking for a full-time Reporting Analyst to become a part of our Finance Systems & Reporting team. This role involves assisting with monthly financial reports, developing analytical reports, enhancing processes, and maintaining databases. You will collaborate with various departments within NSH Finance and Operations to create and support analytical tools that cater to a wide array of stakeholders. Your contributions will significantly enhance Finance operations by improving existing processes and delivering insightful analysis into NSH's performance. This position requires on-site presence.
As a vital member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
• Designing, implementing, and sustaining new analytical tools.
• Engaging in reporting initiatives, including the creation of Tableau dashboards and Excel reports.
• Supporting daily operations such as data extraction from SAP and other systems, enhancing datasets, distributing reports, and resolving issues.
• Contributing to process enhancement efforts by promoting structured datasets, utilizing new data management tools, and critically assessing Finance operations.
• Developing reports that connect financial outcomes to operational performance.
• Documenting existing processes, new initiatives, and areas for potential improvement.
• Assisting with additional projects as required.
We encourage applications from candidates who possess the following qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance and Data Analytics.
• A degree in Computer Science (with an interest in Finance) or Commerce (with a focus on Programming and Data Analytics).
• Proven experience in leading projects and coordinating tasks among team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel (including advanced functionalities like formulas and pivot tables).
• A solid understanding of Finance concepts and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Capability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Database Design and competent SQL skills (including joins, case statements, and creating tables/views) with SSMS or equivalent database tools.
• Familiarity with Visual Basic for MS Excel or a similar programming language.
• Experience with visualization tools for creating user-friendly reports (Tableau or equivalent).
• Background in Data Management (ETL tasks, data organization, and information sharing).
Additional experience in the following areas would be advantageous:
• Process automation using Python.
• Familiarity with SAP, SAP reporting, and data extraction capabilities (or equivalent ERP experience).
• Experience with Health Information Systems such as STAR and Meditech.

$41.42 per hour
