Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 14254856 Canada Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff to provide a high level of service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits, monitor revenues to determine labor costs, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will be physically demanding and able to work in a team environment.
